| Parents Night Out - Friday, December 11, 2009 |
***Parents Night Out is undergoing a reformation.
Instead of monthly child care, we are moving toward several "themed" child events a year. So, for example, we will be hosting an Advent Party on December 11 (maybe parents will want to go out for a meal or shopping while your children are otherwise engaged). The party will involve cookie decoration, recycling old Christmas cards into new cards, gift tags or ornaments, a simple gift project, music, and general play and silliness.
Children toddler age to 2nd or 3rd grade are our target crowd, but call Pastor Linda if you’re wondering (we don’t want to leave out an older sibling if they want to be here). This is open to anyone who hears about it and wants to participate, but please call the church or Pastor L so we know what to expect. Tell your friends!
Other winter parties such as Valentine's and Winter Blah Dress Up will surely follow.
