Fastelavns

Fastelavns is the Danish version of Mardi Gras or ShroveTuesday. It is an ancient pagan celebration, "Christianized" in the Middle Ages to denote the beginning of Lent on Ash Wednesday. At any rate, it's a fun family event and you are welcome to come see for yourself!
